Does this aviation headset have active noise cancellation (ANC)?

No, the KA-1 model offers passive noise reduction with an NRR (Noise Reduction Rating) of 24dB, providing a quieter cockpit experience.

"Microphone is intermittent. There is a delay in communicating"

Check first that the squelch on the plane's system is tuned properly to match the noise level. It needs to be adjusted lower if it's not transmitting the first words.

How can I get replacement parts for my headset?

We provide complimentary replacement parts for bolts, thumb nuts, mic muff, and head pad for products. We reserve the right to refuse to provide if we determine that the customer is taking advantage of it.

"I can only hear on one side of the ear?"

If the plane has a "Mono" system and the headset is in "Stereo" setting, the headset will only output in one ear. Switch in the middle of the cord needs to be changed to "Mono". Only a "Stereo" system in "Stereo" setting will output in both ears.

What items are included with my order?

KA-1 pilot headset comes with an extra microphone muff and a durable carrying case that includes a padded interior for headset protection.
