KORE Aviation currently ships within the United States. For international shipping, you may order through our Amazon store or through our authorized distributors:

Orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping time refers to how long it takes for your order to leave our fulfillment center after it is placed. Delivery time refers to how long it takes for the package to arrive once it has shipped.
The timelines below apply to inventory stored in our fulfillment center and orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery may take longer for orders shipped to non-contiguous states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow additional time, especially during weekends or holidays.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If it meets the requirements, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Manufacturer’s warranty coverage is as follows:
- KA-1: 5 years
- H1: 5 years
- P1: 1 year
Warranty coverage begins on the date of original purchase.

The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified warranty period.

Warranty is not valid if our inspection shows that the equipment has been:
- Subjected to negligence, misuse, or accident,

- Improperly installed, or altered in any way.

To initiate a claim, email support@koreheadset.com with a copy of your dated sales receipt and a detailed description of the problem.
All products must be shipped to our address with freight prepaid.

Yes. Businesses and flight schools may apply to become authorized distributors of KORE Aviation products. Approved partners receive wholesale pricing with a minimum order quantity requirement.

Yes. Businesses interested in carrying our brand can apply through our Shopify Collective Supplier program. Customers place orders through your store, and we handle fulfillment directly. Partners earn a commission on each sale.

Yes, our headsets fit comfortably over glasses. The soft gel ear seals included with the KA-1 headset adjust around the arms of your glasses to keep the headset comfortable while maintaining a good seal.
