Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from original store.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. If it meets the requirements above, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds
Please note that banks have different processing time periods. If you haven’t received a refund in 15 business days, please check with the bank as it may still be processing. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Warranty is limited to original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of original purchase. Warranty is not valid if our inspection shows that the equipment has been subjected to negligence, misuse or accident, or if it has been tampered with, installed, or altered in any way. All products must be shipped to our address, freight pre­paid. Email​ with a copy of your dated sales receipt and a detailed description of the problem to initiate a claim.
